Details collected by Estplan are stored on a secure server and accessed only by Estplan staff. We take the security of your personal information seriously. No data will be sold to another firm except as part of the Estplan Company. Your details will be used for keeping you informed of upcoming events that we believe you would be interested in knowing about. You will be given opportunity to decline such notices or newsletters. Details of credit cards are not kept for longer than one month after the event to which they relate.

Refund and Customer Service Policy:

Estplan reserves the right to decline booking forms for any reason. In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled we will refund your booking fee and notify you within two days of the event. If you are unable to attend the workshop please inform Estplan as soon as possible as we operate a waiting list for oversubscribed venues. A refund, less a 10% admin fee, is available up to two weeks before the event. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop. No refund is available for cancellations made within 12 hours of the start of an event.
All transactions are displayed and processed in AUD.
