The Estplan Learning Centre is an online training portal to provide users with training and online resources. Developed by E-learning professionals it offers the best possible learning environment to fully grasp all areas of Estate Planning in short concentrated sessions. This is supported with questions to ensure your complete understanding and retention. The resource section is constantly updated to keep you up to date in a constantly changing financial services environment. The Learning Centre is also supported with the communication tool box which contains a collection of short video clips explaining key segments of the estate planning process.

Appointor

An appointor is the person appointed under the trust deed to direct the trustee and thus controls the trust. An appointor may sack the trustee. The appointor can also be the trustee. The appointor does not own the trust assets.
